Richmond Hill’s school system includes 27 public elementary schools as well at 5 secondary schools. It also has 13 Catholic elementary schools and 2 catholic secondary schools .The International Baccalaureate World School, Our Lady Queen of the World Catholic Academy, and Richmond Rose Public School are a few of the schools included in this area. The International Baccalaureate offers a continuum of international education through four challenging high-quality educational programs for students aged 3 to 19.


Facilities

Richmond Hill is full of facilities for its residents. Within a 20 min walk, you have access to 4 playgrounds, 4 tennis courts, 1 splash pad, 4 sports fields, 2 basketball courts, 3 picnic facilities. There are also numerous parks including Silver Stream Park, Redstone Park, and Timber Mill Park. Richmond Hill also has numerous amenities including coffee shops, grocery stores, gyms, and gas stations.


Transit

There are 4 stations for the GO Transit on the Richmond Hill line. Those stations are Bloomington Station, Gormley Station, Richmond Hill Station, and Langstaff Station. The Richmond Hill Centre Terminal is complete with enclosed heating areas, payphones, and credit card/debit card ticket purchasing machines. Richmond Hill is also minutes from the 404.
