Is it time for fall cleaning again? Most people do a deep cleaning of their home or condo twice a year. Once in the Spring and once in the Fall. The fun thing about Fall cleaning is this is the time of year when most people “purge” their homes. They throw out all the things that have accumulated in their home over the past year. To help you get started, we have put together a purge list for you so you can be sure not to miss anything!
Now is the time to go through your closets so you can prepare for the coming seasons. Get rid of any outgrown jackets, broken hangers, outgrown shoes, and even unused purses. The end-of-year sales will be coming up soon and you need to be sure to have room for those new items!
What about organizing?
With all the fun you had this summer, you probably got behind on organization as well. You could start with organizing the shelves in your closets and bathrooms. Combine the like bottles of cleaners under your sinks and tackle your linen closet! Stained towels, torn sheets, ripped blankets, and unused items can all be cleared out.
Then once you are done with your fall cleaning, that means you are prepared to put out your fall décor as well!
